Key Responsibilities :
Proactively generate new business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across various sectors (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, commercial, industrial)
Promote and sell a full range of cleaning products, hygiene solutions, and equipment
Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
Provide expert advice and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM system
Minimum Requirements :
2+ years external sales experience (cleaning, hygiene, or FMCG industry preferred)
Matric / Grade 12 (a sales or business-related qualification is an advantage)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
