One of our large Information Technology Clients based in Centurion is urgently seeking an External Sales Executive to join their IT Department, with an immediate start preferred.

Salary : Up to R15,000 + commission (depending on experience) + Company Vehicle during Office Hours ONLY

Familiar with roads and areas within Gauteng Region

MUST HAVE WORKED FOR IT COMPANIES SELLING IT PRODUCTS (EXTERNAL SALES) - INCLUDING INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY, HARDWARE, COMPONENTS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

MUST HAVE OWN CLIENT DATABASE.

Requirements : Grade 12

Sales or Marketing Qualification Advantageous

Knowledge of Information and Communications Technology, IT Hardware, Components, and Digital Products

3-5 Years of Sales Experience

Computer Literate

Well-groomed and Presentable

Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle/Transport (for travel to and from work). The employee will use a company vehicle during working hours, with expenses covered by the company.

Duties :

Maintain and grow a strong client/customer base

Follow up and follow through with all client/customer inquiries and orders with a strong personality

Be intuitive to client/customer needs

Achieve and exceed set targets

Possess a clear knowledge of products and be able to advise clients/customers

Generate new and ongoing client/customer opportunities
