  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related
  • 3-5 years stable external sales experience in the courier / logistics industry
  • Must have stable and successful track record selling in the courier / logistics industry
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a proven track record of meeting targets consistently
  • Must have experience in developing new business
  • Must have a clear credit and criminal record

Responsibilities :

  • Source new business.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and be able to sell them a logistics solution
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on all Brima services
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Create frequent reviews and reports of sales targets.
