Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Acquire new business in the external market and grow our customer base through customer engagement and relationship building.
  3. Analyse competitor information gathered and ensure active monitoring of market trends and influencers.
  4. Identify new business opportunities that impact the industry.
  5. Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations.
  6. Educate customers to the correct banking platform aligned with their needs.
  7. Connect with our customers by living up to our brand promise of "how can we help you?" at all times.
  8. Analyze customer data and recommend tailored solutions.
  9. Achieve sales results by providing contextual and integrated financial solutions to customers.
  10. Conduct yourself in an ethical manner.
  11. Take accountability for own performance, personal and career development.
  12. Show empathy with customers.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A completed financial related qualification.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in Client Services Support and delivery.
  3. A valid driver's license.
  4. Own vehicle (preferable).
