Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Acquire new business in the external market and grow our customer base through customer engagement and relationship building.
- Analyse competitor information and monitor market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities that impact the industry.
- Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs.
- Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.

- Analyze customer data and recommend tailored solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
- A completed financial related qualification.
- 1-2 years' experience in Client Services Support and delivery.
- A valid driver's license.
- Own vehicle (preferable).
