  • Managing the end-to-end client management process, including engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating applications, preparing proposals, managing dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sales queries.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking and influencing sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality and productivity requirements.
  • Managing personal development to increase competencies.
