  • Retrieving qualified leads from internal channels and making contact with existing or new customers to generate sales. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and channels if needed.
  • Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to meet sales targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end client management process, including engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating applications, preparing proposals, managing dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sales queries.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking and influencing sales activities to achieve sales targets while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Managing personal development to enhance competencies.
