Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sales processes effectively within your responsibility area to meet sales targets and foster client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service, exceeding client expectations through proactive and tailored solutions.
  • Identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities within the business portfolio.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of relevant products, pricing, application procedures, and processing timelines to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all governance, legislation, and audit requirements.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from internal and external sources to expand the customer base.
  • Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, including application facilitation, proposal preparation, and post-sale support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and control sales activities to meet predefined targets.
  • Continuously develop personal competencies and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher.
