  • Maximize business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
  • Understand and comply with governance legislation and audit requirements.
  • Retrieve qualified leads from internal sales pipeline and contact existing or new customers to generate sales. Source new leads through external contacts and channels to increase the customer base if required.
  • Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end client management process, including engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating application processes, preparing proposals, managing dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sales queries.
  • Analyze competitor information and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track, control, and influence sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements.
  • Manage personal development to increase competencies.
