  • Retrieving qualified leads from internal sales pipelines and contacting existing or new customers to generate sales. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and channels to increase the customer base if required.
  • Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to meet sales targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end client process through continuous engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating applications, preparing proposals, managing dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sale queries.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends and influences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements.
  • Managing personal development to increase competencies.
