Location: Rustenburg
Identify new sales prospects and manage existing clients to explore business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.
Responsibilities
- Sell products by establishing contact with potential customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Visit customers and provide quotations.
- Follow up on quotations to secure sales.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards.
- Invoice customers and order stock to fulfill back orders.
- Perform deliveries as instructed by management, when needed.
- Follow up on customer back orders.
- Plan and record customer visits on Repsly.
- Conduct cold calls to expand the customer base.
- Arrange and conduct demonstrations of welding machines.
- Complete the company vehicle checklist each Friday and submit it to the Branch Manager.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and tidy at all times.
- Handle all job-related administration.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and gross profit margins as discussed with management and outlined in the contract.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
