Need to have welding industry experience
Location: Rustenburg

Identify new sales prospects and manage existing clients to explore business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell products by establishing contact with potential customers.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  3. Recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
  4. Visit customers and provide quotations.
  5. Follow up on quotations to secure sales.
  6. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  7. Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards.
  8. Invoice customers and order stock to fulfill back orders.
  9. Perform deliveries as instructed by management, when needed.
  10. Follow up on customer back orders.
  11. Plan and record customer visits on Repsly.
  12. Conduct cold calls to expand the customer base.
  13. Arrange and conduct demonstrations of welding machines.
  14. Complete the company vehicle checklist each Friday and submit it to the Branch Manager.
  15. Keep the company vehicle clean and tidy at all times.
  16. Handle all job-related administration.
  17. Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management.
  18. Achieve monthly sales targets and gross profit margins as discussed with management and outlined in the contract.
  19. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
