A leading company in the wellness sector seeks a Marketing Specialist to develop effective strategies for brand growth and customer acquisition. This role involves executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing, relevant experience, and proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics and Canva.
Develop and execute comprehensive external marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, partnerships, PR, and more).
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with the internal marketing manager and internal teams to ensure consistence in messaging and creative execution.
Represent the CWS brand voice across all touchpoints with authenticity and clarity.
Foster relationships with wellness influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners.
Degree in Marketing or any related qualification Valid Drivers license (own car is advantageous / preferred 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on external and digital marketing.
Proven experience of working with Canva, Adobe Suite and other marketing software Experience working in the wellness, health, or lifestyle sector is highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to think both strategically and creatively.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of ownership.
Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
