Purpose :

Identify sales opportunities in targeted markets through research and strategic insight. Develop a sales journey that converts prospects into loyal customers. Enhance customer loyalty and support marketing efforts to create a memorable brand presence.

Responsibilities :

As a key team member delivering sales expertise with a hands-on approach, you will contribute to the company's success by :

  • Market Exploration: Conduct market research to identify trends in the culinary industry.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Seek out new customers and develop a sales journey based on prospects and potential success.
  • Existing Customer Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within our current customer base through sales analysis.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Develop and refine our sales process, capturing prospects and onboarding new clients with strategic approaches.
  • Marketing Support: Use marketing tools to enhance the visibility of the Kerston Foods brand.
  • Data Analysis & Planning: Analyze sales data and forecast future sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to strengthen our sales efforts.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a focus on customer relationship building.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B) and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications :

  • Matric certificate.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication, business acumen, and supply chain knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic, energetic, and entrepreneurial personality.
  • Good time management and a balanced approach to work.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer interaction.
