Duties & Responsibilities

  • Selling solutions and services of the company.
  • Identifying market opportunities and developing sales leads.
  • Closing sales deals.
  • Meeting set sales targets.
  • Sourcing supplier quotations and negotiating prices.
  • Preparing and sending customer quotations and following up with customers to close deals.
  • Developing, maintaining and growing client base.
  • Finding new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  • Responding to new and current clients’ compliments, complaints and enquiries.
  • Being a brand ambassador that represents the company’s brand and values.
  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
  • Establishing and maintaining healthy long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance.
  • Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
  • Using promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media and events to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
  • Becoming an expert in the company’s product offerings and serving as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
  • Complete product certifications where required.
  • Attending webinars, workshops, expos, and other relevant events to stay abreast of the evolving industry landscape and the market.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Appropriate post matric qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years in IT sales experience.
  • Ability to negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
