Job summary

SDI International seeks an Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of Extended Workforce Solutions in South Africa. You will translate contracted scope into operational service delivery with a focus on compliance and process design, acting as the primary client contact for planning and onboarding.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage contracts and governance, monitor performance, and coordinate with senior leadership to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain/Procurement, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Extended Workforce Solutions, EOR or contingent staffing.
• Proven multi-stakeholder implementation in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent client relationship and onboarding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new EWS programs and go-live readiness.
• Own intake, prioritization, and onboarding across teams.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and compliance partners for issues.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance across onboarding and workflows.
• Prepare governance materials for stakeholder reviews and reviews.
