Location : Sydney or Newcastle (with travel to Sydney, Newcastle, or Tamworth depending on your base)

We're looking for a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our dedicated team delivering high-quality face-to-face induction programs that set our frontline teams up for success from day one.

About the Role :

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you'll play a key role in supporting employee experience and retention by delivering engaging, practical, and compliant induction programs. You will collaborate closely with our Learning & Development, Talent, and Operational teams to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

This role includes :

  • Delivering a 5-day face-to-face induction program for new starters
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain and improve training content
  • Providing real-time feedback on candidate progress
  • Coordinating refresher training as needed
  • Supporting continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery

What You'll Bring :

  • TCI Trainer certification (completed or refreshed within the past 12 months)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or enrolled with completion due within 6 months)
  • Confidence delivering training to groups and managing group dynamics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and feedback
