Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Exports Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the production and shipping of bespoke products for major clients in Asia & ROW. The role involves managing day-to-day export logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers and partners, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely and accurate shipments of goods (LCL and FCL)
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
- Identify and fix shipping errors
- Oversee production timelines
- Receive PO orders from customers and maintain excellent customer service at all times
- Create and manage product and production specification sheets
- Check & manage product & project costings
- Handle purchasing and dispatch administration with a focus on timely and accurate processing
- Raise contracts and liaise with factories and suppliers
- Arrange international shipping consignments and process shipping documents
- Process proof of collection notes
- Update internal company systems and databases
- Book in customer shipments via Maersk & DHL
- Work closely with the Export Team to achieve stock shipment deadlines
- Monitor production and components from start-to-end process
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in warehousing, export logistics, and international shipping and Incoterms
- Knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Intermediate to Advanced user in Excel and Microsoft 365
- Experience of monitoring production and components from start-to-end process
- Excellent Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong oral and written command of English with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong numerical aptitude and currency conversion proficiency
