Job summary

Montego Pet Nutrition is seeking an Export Warehouse Supervisor in Graaff-Reinet to run the export warehouse, manage stock, and ensure on-time, accurate dispatch of orders. You will lead a team of general workers and forklift operators, driving training, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective use of ERP systems.

You will maintain stock integrity, supervise packing and loading, and ensure compliance with customer and country-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a warehouse setting.
• Strong grasp of stock control, FIFO/FEFO, and batch/expiry management.
• Experience using ERP to track stock movements and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily export warehouse activities and allocate work.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Supervise container/truck loading and confirm against load lists.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards (5S) in the warehouse.
• Verify export documentation and ensure label/pack accuracy for export specs.
• Manage health, safety and food safety practices (OHS, FSSC 22000).
• Lead attendance, performance and development of the team; support Warehouse Manager.
