What Youll Do : Conduct in-depth 1 : 1 interviews with subject matter experts across diverse life domains (e.g., wellness, work, finance, personal growth)Extract stories, lived experiences, mental models, and frameworks through thoughtful, guided conversationsTranslate complex and unstructured insights into clear, structured outputs (frameworks, annotated transcripts, vignettes, first-person narratives)Ghostwrite in the voice of the expert with clarity and nuanceCollaborate with AI and knowledge tagging teamsHelp refine interview flows and knowledge capture methods? What Were Looking For : 5+ years experience in journalism, ghostwriting, qualitative / UX research, anthropology, or strategic storytellingA strong writing portfolio (published or ghostwritten work)Proven ability to interview deeply and synthesize smartlyComfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently in a hybrid setupBonus : familiarity with knowledge systems or AI workflows??
