Job summary

A leading global experiential design agency seeks an Experiential and Events Producer in Cape Town. The role involves executing and managing various event projects, ensuring full cycle production from concept to completion. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in managing events and complex activations, preferably with a background in BTL advertising.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' experience managing experiential activations and events.
• End-to-End Production Expertise is compulsory.
• BTL advertising agency experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage events from concept development to final execution.
• Manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Work onsite during events, including after hours or weekends.

What will you need :

• 8-10+ year’s experience project managing experiential activations and events
• End-to-End Production Expertise in Experiential and Events is compulsory : Proven experience managing the full production cycle — from initial concept development through to final execution
• BTL advertising agency experience
• Proven track record managing complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of shopper marketing and retail activations is an advantage
• Willingness to work onsite during events, sometimes after hours or on weekends

• Experiential and all events from small to large scale
• All types of activations including, malls, taxi ranks, campus, beach, office, internal, other OOH i.e. restaurant / bar / pub
• Full production process
• OOH, Digital and Content Production experience - nice to have
