Purpose Of The Job

Our clients Enhancement and Motorsport Division is seeking a dynamic technically minded Motorsport Customer Liaison & Marketing Specialist to join their high-performance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the motor sector strong interpersonal and sales skills and a passion for motorsport. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with performance-focused customers promote their specialised products and services and help grow their motorsport brand.

Duties

• Act as the first point of contact for motorsport clients ensuring an exceptional customer service experience
• Manage and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Provide technical advice and product knowledge on motor components and performance enhancements
• Promote the companys motorsport services and products through marketing initiatives and events
• Support sales activities including preparing quotes processing orders and following up with clients
• Assist in coordinating motorsport-related events sponsorships and brand promotions
• Work closely with the workshop and technical teams to ensure accurate communication between customers and technicians

Requirements

• Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL (motorsport environment highly advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or same position in the motor industry
• Red Seal qualification beneficial but not essential
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
• Proven selling skills and ability to close deals
• Solid product knowledge of motor components and performance parts beneficial
• Vibrant well-presented and confident personality
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests
