Job summary

PathCare Mooimed in Potchefstroom seeks an Experienced Medical Technician/Technologist/Laboratory Scientist to join the team. You will display clinical competence and uphold PathCare values while working shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Applicants must have HPCSA registration, relevant diploma/degree, and Meditech knowledge, with 3–5 years post-registration experience. The remuneration package includes benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ Clinical experience post HPCSA registration
• Experience in technical procedure development and implementation
• Experience in maintaining QA Systems
• Must be fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train junior staff and students
• Perform clinical laboratory procedures with accuracy
• Develop and implement technical procedures
• Maintain QA systems and documentation
• Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations
