Salary : R20k - 25k CTC

What the job involves...
Coaching and supporting youth as they transition from learning to real work environments
Providing individual and group coaching on behavioural change, workplace communication, and professional presence
Delivering workshops, retrospectives, and onboarding sessions
Facilitating agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews) to foster workplace readiness
Helping youth overcome personal and systemic barriers to employment
Coordinating onboarding, project support, and ensuring smooth running of real-world projects
Tracking youth progress, participation, and wellbeing
Reporting on learner readiness, experience completion, and interventions
Escalating and troubleshooting challenges as they arise
Collaborating closely with a remote-first team to ensure integrated learner support
Championing the organisation’s values and creating a joyful, supportive environment
What you need to be considered...
3–5 years’ experience in youth development, facilitation, coaching, employability programmingor learner success roles
Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
Highly organised, dependable, and proactive
Skilled at building trust with young people from marginalised communities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project coordination and time management abilities
Culturally competent, with deep understanding of South African youth contexts
Comfortable with digital platforms for workflow and reporting
Solution-focused, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent
Experience working with unemployed or underemployed youth in South Africa is highly advantageous
Exposure to skills development, agile or experiential learning methodologies, or the B-BBEE / SETA ecosystem is beneficial
