We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support leaders and fast-paced teams across industries. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted right-hand—managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and keeping inboxes and projects running smoothly.

If you're experienced in remote support, detail-driven, and confident handling executive-level requests with discretion, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and meetings across multiple time zones
  • Monitor and triage emails, draft follow-ups, and flag time-sensitive requests
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Google Workspace or MS Office
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings and events, including agenda prep and notes
  • Support light project tracking, data entry, and CRM updates
  • Handle ad hoc requests with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior professionals remotely
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
