You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing support to stakeholders across multiple grades in our global team firm on a variety of administrative tasks and processes, on a transactional basis. You will establish relationships quickly and have a very flexible approach, being confident and comfortable with changing workloads.

You will have a customer service mindset, good communication skills, and the passion and ability to upskill yourself, keeping up to date with current and emerging technology.

Requirements

  1. Very strong command of the English language – you will be required to communicate with professional stakeholders across the globe
  2. Experience working across geographical areas and effectively managing diaries remotely
  3. Strong organisational skills with experience of prioritising and managing workload effectively to achieve deadlines, whilst always maintaining an exceptional quality of work
  4. High level of attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships and develop strong internal and external networks remotely
  6. Strong technical skills with a curious mindset to embrace and adapt to new technology in a fast-paced environment
  7. Experience of using M or similar platforms
  8. High levels of confidentiality and resilience
  9. Flexibility and agility to support the delivery of business objectives
  10. Ability to drive own continual self-development
  11. Agility to learn and follow new defined processes and procedures quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities

  1. Schedule internal and external meetings and all related services
  2. Research and organisation of UK and global travel logistics
  3. Involvement in the organisation and management of a wide range of events; both internally and externally
  4. Preparation and formatting of documentation, including meetings notes/agendas and presentations
  5. Action software licensing requests
  6. Accurate and consistent recording of time
  7. Supporting the wider team during planned and unplanned absences to ensure a seamless support structure for all stakeholders
