Your role is pivotal in orchestrating the flavors that define our dining experiences and contribute to our renowned hospitality.

  • Support the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of guest dining experiences are delivered at the highest level.
  • Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems.
  • Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed professionally and on time.
  • Achieve departmental plans and objectives, aligning with hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company's culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, documenting activities for audits and performing follow-ups as needed.
