About The Role

As a Marketer – Product Specialist II, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals and you'll drive WesBank Fleet Management and Leasing full product offering to new customers.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Marketer / Hunter role, selling our finance options and/or services and develops new account relationships.
  2. Solicits and maintains a network of prospects.
  3. Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FML products and/or services.
  4. Works as a member of a sales team.
  5. Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  6. Prepares and presents proposals to clients.
  7. Negotiates, structures, and closes deals that meet customer expectations.
  8. Meets sales goals and objectives.
  9. Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Bring
  1. Good understanding of fleet management and leasing.
  2. General knowledge of financial and leasing including systems, applications, and banking practices.
  3. Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Solid problem-solving skills.
  5. Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
  6. Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  7. Ability to show established track record.
  8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally).
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years in a commercial/client-facing role.
  2. Services/Banking industry experience.
  3. Knowledge and understanding of leasing and fleet management.
  4. A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline in the first 90 days.
  5. Strong track record as a highly performing sales individual and managing a senior sales team in our specific industry.
  6. Generally motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of time management.
