You will lead a high-performance team, oversee sourcing, contracting, and budgeting, and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure product availability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
• 10–12 years in purchasing/procurement with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in developing large-scale purchasing strategies and cost optimization.
• Expertise in high-volume negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing sizeable procurement budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Retail experience is highly preferred.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English communication is required.
