Overview

We are looking for experienced Executive Real Estate Sales Agent who will be responsible for selling land and top structure within Zimbali Lakes Resort

The position will require the Agent to develop and implement sales strategies, contract negotiation, and an exceptional level of customer service to build and maintain relationship with clients while maintaining our brand exposure.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads sell properties.
  • Create lists of properties with location, features, square footage, and other relevant information
  • Show properties to potential buyers.
  • Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Review contracts to ensure terms are being met.
  • Promote properties with adverts, listings, and open houses.
  • Operate with our in-house CRM system, Zoho.

We are seeking a Sales Agent with a strong network within the real estate sector with the Ability to ensure discretion and privacy throughout the transaction process while navigating complex negotiations with discerning buyers and sellers.

You are a specialist in marketing and selling luxury high-end with an in-depth knowledge of the premium market.

Qualifications
  • Computer literate,
  • Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate skills - minimum qualification a valid FFC and must be working towards an additional qualification.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in relevant software and technology.
  • Real Estate License or Certification – FFC registered with PPRA.
