JOB DESCRIPTION

The basic duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Daily activities:

  • Assist MD with all daily activities related to his duties.
  • Maintain constant communication and align with MD’s requirements.
  • Take instructions and execute tasks efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • South African citizen with ID, residing in Johannesburg.
  • Matric qualification is essential; preference will be given to candidates with related tertiary education.
  • Current, valid, legal South African driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Minimum of 5 years PA/Executive Assistant experience managing a busy Managing Director's activities, including shorthand and travel bookings.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with a strong command of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Highly computer literate with advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Office Management Systems and procedures.
  • Strong personality with the ability to converse confidently with Director’s guests and visitors.
  • Experience with SYSPRO is advantageous.
  • Exceptional discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential; all tasks must be performed to the highest standards.
