We're hiring an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to the CEO of a fast-paced, growth-focused organization in the automotive sector. You’ll be the strategic right hand to a hands-on leader, ensuring smooth operations, proactive calendar management, shareholder and stakeholder management, and executive-level coordination.
The right incumbent will be well presented, be energetic and provide exceptional professionalism in all aspects from having an excellent telephone manner to email etiquette.
The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Support the CEO’s office
• Able to learn quickly and take initiatives to manage tasks independently
• Must cope well under pressure and resolve conflicts should it arise
• Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, travel (local/international), and key communications
• Liaise with senior internal teams and business partners
• Prepare board packs, presentations, legal documentation, minutes and reports
• Coordinate internal and external events, manage logistics, and company functions
• Support procurement processes and expense management
• Track action items across multiple branches where required
• Manage all matters with discretion and high level of confidentiality
Requirements:
• Tertiary education will be beneficial
• 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or Executive Leadership in a similar role
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills will be required
