Role Overview

The Executive PA will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and critical projects. This individual must exhibit discretion, efficiency, and proactivity to enable the CEO to focus on driving the business's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Diary Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, ensuring optimal time management and minimal conflicts.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Communication Management

  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and meeting requests.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Project Support

  • Manage and execute special projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.
  • Research and provide insights on strategic topics as needed.

Event Coordination

  • Organize high-profile events, including client dinners, board meetings, and charity functions.
  • Ensure all events are executed with precision and reflect Sotheby’s brand values.

Key Requirements
