Grade 12 with a relevant Secretarial tertiary qualification essentialMatric and a relevant tertiary qualificationMinimum 3 years previous experience needed on an Executive levelMust be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook, and Excel)Drivers license and own car essentialDuties will include - Reading, monitoring and responding to the MD's calendar and electronic diaryPreparing correspondence on the MD's behalfLiaising with staff, clients, etc.Booking meetings and record minutes and dictationsOrganizing local and international traveling and preparing complex travel itinerariesPlanning, organizing and managing eventsPreparing correspondences and various other administrative documents including Board packs and other reportsManaging petty cashConducting research on the internetScreening calls and client interaction, handling queriesPreparing presentationsTyping and filing documentsSourcing and ordering stationery and office equipmentManaging small and medium projectsPreforming various personal tasksAd hoc duties
