Job summary

Frio Limitada in Germiston, Gauteng seeks an experienced payroll professional to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance and client service. You will work with Sage Pastel Accounting and Payroll, prepare company financial reports, and handle EMP201/IRP5 submissions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Sage Pastel Payroll experience, a relevant qualification, strong Excel skills and a proactive attitude. Own transport is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Sage Pastel Accounting and Payroll.
• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification.
• Sage Pastel Payroll qualification is essential.
• Experience with company financial reports is essential.
• Experience with EMP201, IRP5.
• Calculation of employee leave pay.
• Capturing incoming and outgoing payments.
• Submission of input and output VAT reports.
• Quotes, Invoices, proformas.
• General Ledger experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage Pastel Payroll and other Sage products.
• PC knowledge essential.
• Legal knowledge essential.
• MS Excel specialist or advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with E-Filing submissions and payroll compliance.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure with multiple client priorities.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Own reliable transport.
