Job description

Leading Investment Management company with operations locally and internationally is seeking a professional, experienced, highly organised and reliable Executive PA to manage the day-to-day office administration for 3 executives and a small investment team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, dynamic and growing company.

The candidate should have a formal 3 year post matric qualification and at least 10 – 15 years relevant experience with minimum 5 years providing the duties and responsibilities listed below - assisting the executive level.

Candidates from the investment / asset management space are preferred. Alternatively, relevant experience from the Audit / professional services or Banking / financial services environment, or management consulting. A stable work track record is essential.

The candidate must be highly organised and reliable. An independent self-starter with high attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills with a team-orientated mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head of Client Relations and their various team members, giving them capacity to take on more strategic work
  • Diary and meeting co-ordination and relevant administration for certain team members
  • Set up relevant webinars and manage online meetings
  • Arrange travel logistics, car hire and accommodation for various senior members (local and international)
  • Event management and planning
  • Assist with marketing and communication support

Strong computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
