Executive PA
LOCATION:
Alberton, Gauteng
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supervision of cleaning staff, company chauffeur, and receptionist – scheduling of
- Chauffeurs’ daily collections and drop-offs
- Managing refreshments and office supplies
- Ensuring all weekly reports are submitted on time and sent out to Directors
- Assisting receptionist with travel arrangements in her absence
- Extensive multi-faceted diary management and planning, including scheduling meetings and deadlines
- Arranging conferences
- Office management
- Preparing and distributing monthly Exco packs
- Screening of Directors' calls
- Reconciling monthly credit cards for all Directors and chauffeurs, and capturing details on Excel
- Ordering, packing, and distributing gifts for customers
- Relief switchboard duties when necessary
- All other duties associated with an Executive PA, including personal tasks

Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 with at least 5 years’ experience
