The Executive Operations & Business Development Assistant provides strategic and operational support directly to the CEO.
This role is critical in translating client engagements into actionable business strategies, ensuring effective communication between the CEO and various departments, and supporting new business development.
The incumbent will accompany the CEO to client meetings, draft proposals, compile reports, and facilitate operational execution across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Client Engagement Support : Attend meetings with the CEO and take detailed notes, particularly capturing client feedback and expectations. Prepare comprehensive synopses and distribute them to relevant departments with clearly defined action plans and timelines. Anticipate client needs and assist in drafting tailored sales presentations and pitches in collaboration with the CEO.
- Business Development : Assist with the creation of rate cards, quotations, and new client proposals. Follow up on new business leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Support the CEO during sales meetings by gathering relevant data and assisting in follow-through communications.
- Operational Reporting : Help compile and format operational reports for review and distribution to clients. Coordinate information flow between departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Administrative & Strategic Support : Serve as the CEO's right hand for operational execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Provide logistical support for site visits, including ensuring the CEO's safety and preparedness. Ensure all documentation is professionally formatted, branded, and submitted on time.
- TES Industry Knowledge : Apply understanding of Temporary Employment Services to tailor pitches, quotations, and operational solutions in line with industry norms and legislative frameworks.
Requirements :
- Education : Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or equivalent.
- Experience : 3-5 years in a business support, executive assistant, or client-facing operational role. Exposure to the TES industry is essential. Clean Driving Record with Valid driver's license.
- Personal Attributes : Highly professional with strong interpersonal skills. Confidence in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders. Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy. Energetic and capable of working in high-pressure environments. Committed to supporting leadership and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Desired Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and handle confidential information. Proactive and solutions-driven.
