Job summary

Edge Executive Search is assisting a client in Johannesburg to hire an Executive Operations to join their facilities management team. The role focuses on accountability to ensure strategic and critical facilities meet business and contractual needs as defined by the customer.

The ideal candidate has a degree or B-Tech in Engineering or FM qualification, senior management experience, and extensive knowledge of CRM, property management, SAP, and ISO 9001/Risk management systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or B-Tech in Engineering / FM Qualification/ Management degree (EDP, MBA or MBL advantageous).
• Matric (Senior Certificate).
• Valid SA Drivers’ License.
• 15 years of relevant working experience.
• 8 years FM & maintenance engineering experience.
• 8 years of Senior Management experience. Experience in CRM & Property Management.
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge.
• OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & risk Management Systems.
