Our client is looking for an Executive Operations.
Job description :
Responsible for ensuring that all strategic, critical, and other facilities as defined by the Customer meet business and contractual needs. Develops the operating model (people, process, system) to deliver effective and economical service.
POSITION INFO : Finance :
- Develop strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines for short, medium, and long-term capex budgets for contracts.
- Develop FM operational budget (short & medium term) and ensure compliance.
Customer :
- Engage with senior customer groups to determine business plans and requirements.
- Translate customer business plans into FM requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assess the impact of requirements on SLAs and agreements.
Operations :
- Develop strategies to understand the customer's business environment.
- Implement communication and change management strategies.
- Define KPIs and ensure contract compliance.
- Engage with service providers to develop service delivery strategies.
- Establish contract requirements and principles with Supply Chain for supplier contracts.
- Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Growth and Development :
- Determine and implement strategies to meet customer requirements and foster the desired culture.
- Educate customers on specific contract details.
Governance :
- Develop strategies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Identify and develop required customer policies.
- Ensure adherence to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Tertiary Education :
- Degree or B-Tech in FM, Management, or equivalent (EDP, MBA, or MBL advantageous).
Secondary Education :
- Matric (Senior Certificate).
Licenses :
- Valid SA Driver's License.
Experience :
- 15 years relevant experience, including 8 years in FM & maintenance engineering, and 8 years in senior management roles.
- Experience in CRM & Property Management.
Technical / Core Training :
- Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, People Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Negotiation, Commercial, Contract & Vendor Management, Law & Auditing.
IT Skills :
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook (Intermediate), SAP knowledge.
Statutory Requirements :
- OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Risk Management Systems.
