Key Role :

Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies

Engage with senior stakeholders to align FM services with business requirements

Oversee development of short, medium, and long-term CAPEX and operational budgets

Drive customer satisfaction through innovative service delivery approaches

Lead and develop high-performing teams of Contracts, Technical, and Facilities Managers

We're Looking For :

15+ years of relevant experience, including 8 years in FM & maintenance engineering

8 years of Senior Management experience

Degree or B-Tech in Engineering, FM Qualification, or Management degree (EDP, MBA, or MBL advantageous)

Proven track record in customer relationship management and property management

Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills

Strategic planning and implementation

Financial management and budgeting

Change management and communication

Performance management and KPI development

Regulatory compliance and risk management
