Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving strategy, monitoring, evaluation, and organisational performance?

Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic support and guidance to the entire organisation.Lead the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.Drive the design and execution of business growth strategy.Oversee corporate planning, annual operational plans, and shareholder compact.Ensure alignment with national, provincial, and local government policy requirements.Manage the development of frameworks to enhance performance information.Provide technical leadership and support to the SMEOP team.Lead negotiations with clients and manage key stakeholder relationships.Qualifications : A bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, business management, economics, or a related field.

A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.Experience : At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and organisational performance5 years at a senior management level.Skills : Strong analytical capabilities, leadership experience, and the ability to drive transformation and impact across the organisation.
