The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in high-level cleaning/hygiene, expertise in global standards and infection control, and exceptional presentation and communication skills to influence senior executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in high-level cleaning, hygiene management, or consultancy.
• Experience developing complex hygiene strategies for large facilities.
• Deep knowledge of global standards and best practices in cleaning and infection control.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing cleaning and hygiene protocols and facilities.
• Develop strategic, long-term cleaning and hygiene plans for premium environments.
• Advise on implementing state-of-the-art cleaning technologies and sustainable practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance on infection control and preventive measures.
• Develop operational procedures, training materials, and QA frameworks.
• Collaborate with management and service providers to implement recommendations.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executives.
• Monitor effectiveness of strategies and provide ongoing consultancy.
