Strategic HR Leadership

  1. Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Provide guidance on international HR trends, labour laws, and best practices.
  3. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across regions.
  4. Establish HR functions across various business units.

General Human Resources

  1. Project Management, Change Management and Continuous Improvement.
  2. Talent Management & Workforce Planning.
  3. Oversee global talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  4. Implement leadership development and training programs for a diverse workforce.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  1. Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations in various countries.
  2. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies across regions.
  3. Lead global HR risk management and compliance audits.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs for a global workforce.
  2. Benchmark salary structures and benefits packages against international standards.
  3. Ensure fairness and compliance with local and global pay equity regulations.

HR Operations & Change Management

  1. Standardize HR processes across different countries while accommodating local requirements.
  2. Lead HR technology implementation and process automation.
  3. Support organisational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of international labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  4. Proven ability to manage HR in a multicultural and multi-country environment.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
