Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for guest services.
• Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
