Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Executive Housekeeper for a prestigious luxury property located in Cape Town . This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing housekeeping operations at a high-end level.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the entire housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service excellence
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality control
Manage laundry services and inventory of linen and cleaning supplies
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle scheduling, staff rotas, and performance reviews
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar senior housekeeping role within a luxury environment
Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
Strong eye for detail with a passion for high standards
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Discreet, professional, and guest-focused
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed
Salary : Negotiable depending on experience
