Responsibilities
  1. Devise and implement functional people plans that resonate with strategic direction and operational goals.
  2. Act as a strategic consultant, enhancing the efficiency of business units through impactful interventions in processes, systems, and people management.
  3. Foster a culture that promotes innovative working methods and performance-oriented rewards.
  4. Spearhead initiatives to identify and nurture a diverse pool of future leaders, accelerating the development of high-potential talents.
  5. Implement leadership team effectiveness solutions and partner with Learning & Development to fortify critical functional capabilities.
  6. Cultivate a robust relationship with senior leadership, emphasizing support and constructive challenge to propel business performance.
Minimum Requirements
  • A master's or postgraduate qualification (preferable).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of management experience in Human Resources at the executive level, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the HR value chain within a private sector setting.
  • Demonstrated competence in leading an HR division with a proven track record in strategic HR management and operational excellence.
