To ensure the highest level of customer service through quality claims processing ensuring adherence to stipulated turnaround times.

Assessment of all non-medical claims to ensure that all claims submitted for payment are valid.

Handle daily workflow process in terms of the Company's laid down process.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Qualifications : Matric, REFAIS, Life Insurance background required, Computer Literacy, Word and Excel
2. Experience Required : At least 2 years Life Insurance background
3. Additional Information : Accurate, methodical and detailed in all aspects of work; Able to handle pressure, prioritise and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment; Ability to develop and build relationships and be a team player; Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively.
