What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategize with the Senior Vice President to set sales objectives and develop sales strategies to achieve goals
- Hire, attract, retain, and develop top talent while providing exceptional leadership to foster a strong sales culture
- Empower and lead a team of Sales Directors, providing training, coaching, and support
- Collaborate with Channel Sales partners to drive vertical and industry initiatives
- Track customer, market, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and demand generation campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or related work experience required
- Typically 10+ years of sales and business development experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Typically 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing first-line managers
- Proven experience in PEO preferred
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand key financial reports and measures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or equivalent education and/or related work experience
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive new client business
- Strong forecasting and quota management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
