Job description

Roaring Fork Senior Living, Glenwood Spring's premier senior living community, is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and professional Executive Director to lead our community.

The Executive Director is a proven leader with experience in senior living, hospitality, or health-related organizations.

They should demonstrate skills in developing and maintaining relationships with residents, employees, families, and regulatory agencies.

The primary purpose is to work with a team of professionals to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care and services for residents. Ascent Living's culture focuses on elevating senior living by creating a better life for residents, families, and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee community operations, ensuring financial and operational goals are met
  • Ensure compliance with Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations
  • Develop and maintain quality programs and innovative community initiatives
  • Manage and supervise staff to meet residents' needs
  • Review staff productivity, recommend training, and foster team development
  • Collaborate with management and staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • Achieve occupancy and financial goals within budget, oversee budgets and operational data
  • Build relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Resolve conflicts involving families, residents, staff, and operations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Gerontology, or related field preferred
  • Proven success in operations within independent, assisted living, memory care, or CCRC communities
  • Criminal background check required due to working with vulnerable populations
Pay:
