Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing governance frameworks, analyze cost and margin performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across product, finance, and commercial teams.
- Guide strategic bids, pricing models, and investment cases that influence commercial growth and sustainability.
- Design and manage pricing strategies aligned with business value, cost drivers, and market trends.
- Lead enterprise-wide pricing governance and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Networks, and Bid teams to deliver robust business cases.
- Benchmark competitor pricing and margin performance, recommending strategic adjustments.
- Support investment decisions through data-driven modeling and feasibility assessments.
- Drive insights to strengthen partnerships and product positioning.
- Oversee large bids and RFPs, including profitability modeling, contractual pricing, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (Honours / MBA preferred).
- 8–10+ years' experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial planning, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong background in telecommunications, ICT, or infrastructure industries.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, analytics, and governance.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with executives.
- Familiarity with ICT regulatory frameworks, tender processes, and enterprise cost modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel, modeling, and presentation; experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
