Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop pricing governance frameworks, analyze cost and margin performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across product, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Guide strategic bids, pricing models, and investment cases that influence commercial growth and sustainability.
  • Design and manage pricing strategies aligned with business value, cost drivers, and market trends.
  • Lead enterprise-wide pricing governance and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, Networks, and Bid teams to deliver robust business cases.
  • Benchmark competitor pricing and margin performance, recommending strategic adjustments.
  • Support investment decisions through data-driven modeling and feasibility assessments.
  • Drive insights to strengthen partnerships and product positioning.
  • Oversee large bids and RFPs, including profitability modeling, contractual pricing, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (Honours / MBA preferred).
  • 8–10+ years' experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial planning, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong background in telecommunications, ICT, or infrastructure industries.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, analytics, and governance.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with executives.
  • Familiarity with ICT regulatory frameworks, tender processes, and enterprise cost modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, modeling, and presentation; experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
